Day 1 - Moscow

Arrival to airport.

Meeting with guide at the arrival hall of the airport/

City tour including all major sights of Russian capital such as Red Square and St. Basil’s Cathedral, Bolshoi Theater, Kremlin Embankment, Christ the Saviour Cathedral, Sparrow Hills and Moscow State University, Tverskaya Street, New Maiden Convent, the Diplomatic Village, Victory Park with the view on the Moscow International Business Center «Moscow City», the Triumphal Arch, Kutuzovsky Prospect, Arbat street…

Day 2 - Moscow - Saint Petersburg

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to r/w station

Train Moscow – Saint Petersburg.

Upon arrival to Saint Petersburg meeting with your guide and St. Petersburg City tour.

Transfer to the city centre to hotel 4*.

Day 3 - Saint Petersburg - Kazan

Transfer to a/port for flight to Kazan.

16-20:00 Sightseeing tour of Kazan with a stop in the Old Tatar settlement and Kazan Kremlin

• Marjani Mosque, the first stone mosque built in Rus’ in 1766-1770 in Rus’, the architectural style “Baroque”;

• Azimovskaya Mosque, 1887-1890. Eastern style of architecture.
• Kul-Sharif Mosque, 2005 – The calling card of the Muslim Kazan in the Kazan Kremlin;

• Yardam Mosque, 2013 – a complex with a prayer hall, and also a rehabilitation center for the visually impaired;

• Irek Mosque, 2018 – reminiscent in style of the Abu Dhabi Sheikh Zayed Mosque (UAE).

Day 4 - Kazan

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to The Great Bolgar (3 hours).

The Great Bolgar is a religious shrine and the historical homeland of the Volga Tatars.

Among Muslims, it is known as the “Northern Mecca”. Apart from here, no other place in Russia has preserved samples of the material culture of Volga Bolgars and the late “Zolotaya Orda” (“Golden Horde”).

Here, a unique monument of history was restored – the Cathedral Mosque.

Next to it stands a tall minaret which you can climb all the way to the top, and according to believers, a committed sin is forgiven for each step you climb.

On offer for guests of the Great Bolgar are sites such as:

the Museum of Bolgar Civilization which is combined with a river station and restaurant;

the Commemorative Sign monument in honor of the adoption of Islam by the Volga Bolgars in 922 alongside the Museum of the Koran;

the Museum of Bread and the White Mosque – the pearl of the city’s architecture.

Once a year, the city of Bolgar arrange celebrations associated with the adoption of Islam by the Volga Bolgars.

This holiday gathers thousands of Muslim pilgrims from Russia and abroad.

In August, the city hosts the festival of “The Great Bolgar” medieval battle with archery and equestrian tournaments between “soldiers” of the “Golden Horde”, Russia and Europe.

Day 5 - Kazan - Moscow

You enjoy a guided tour of the Muslim heritage of Moscow.

You visit the Central Moscow Mosque (Moscow Cathedral Mosque) that is the biggest mosque in Europe. The six-floor mosque has 79-meter high minarets, which are the tallest in Europe.

Day 6 - Moscow

Excursion “Underground Palaces of Moscow”.

You explore one of the most interesting sites in Moscow hidden deep beneath the surface – the Moscow Subway. You have a quick subway ride to taste local life and enjoy the splendid decorations of its stations.

Visit of the Museum of Cosmonautics.

During the tour you will learn about the History of the Soviet and Russian cosmonautics, Konstantin Tsiolkovsky’s projects for the realization of mankind’s dream of space flights, the designer Sergei Korolev, the founder of practical cosmonautics, the first artificial satellites of the Earth, the first manned space flight, spacecraft flights to The Moon and the Planets of the Solar
System.

Day 7 - Moscow

10.30 -12.00 – Excursion to Moscow Kremlin (territory + Cathedrals). You have a guided tour of this historical fortress, where you visit the famous Square of Four Cathedrals and go inside one of its gorgeous cathedrals decorated with magnificent frescoes.

Free time in the city centre.
