Moscow city tour

During a sightseeing tour of the historic city center, you can see and visit some the most famous sights of Moscow.

Kremlin and Red Square

The Kremlin is a historical architectural complex represented by numerous ancient cathedrals, spacious squares, magnificent towers. On Red Square, the symbol of Moscow, military parades and demonstrations are held, and festivities and celebrations are organized. Here you can see a masterpiece of Russian architecture, St. Basil’s Cathedral, a magnificent Historical Museum, majestic walls and towers of the Kremlin.

Cathedral of Christ the Savior

The main orthodox cathedral of Russia. Laid in the late 19th century in honor of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. In the early 90s of the last century, the temple was completely rebuilt. The height of the temple is 303 meters, the diameter of the dome is 30 metro. More than 300 Moscow artists took part in the design of the luxurious interior.

Sparrow Hills

VDNH

The All-Russian Exhibition Center (historical name Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy, VDNH) is an architectural complex symbolizing the Soviet era of the country’s development. The most famous monuments of VDNH are the monumental sculpture “Worker and Collective Farm Girl”, fountains “Friendship of the Peoples of the USSR” and “Stone Flower”, pavilions representing various Soviet republics. Today VDNH is an extensive recreation area for residents of the capital and its guests. In 2019, the exhibition solemnly celebrated its 80th anniversary. On its territory there are museums, landscaped parks, educational centers. About 25 million visitors from Russia and foreign countries visit the exhibition center annually.

13.30 – Visit to the Tretyakov Gallery
The largest art museum in Russia, in the collection of which there are 118,000 paintings of Russian and foreign paintings, sculptures from different eras. Founded in 1876 by the merchant Pavlov Tretyakov, the gallery opened its doors to the public 11 years later and became of the mail cultural centre of Moscow. In 1917, the Tretyakov Gallery was nationalized. Later, her collection expanded and new thematic expositions were created, such as more varied products of their precious metals.

The gallery has 106 rooms and various exhibits devoted to Ancient Russia of the XII-XYII centuries; Arts of the XYIII century, XIY century, beginning of the XX century; USSR art; Treasury department.
