The correct selection of transport service is an important component of the organization of the program of reception of tourists.
Transport service is qualified by these standards: standard/comfort/business/minivan/mini bus /bus.
Each of the standards has its own variations and nuances.
We work with reliable transport companies. The program includes the transport that we have previously agreed with the partner, taking into account his requirements and wishes.
We agree:
- Year of manufacture of the vehicle;
- Experience of the driver in working with tourists;
- The exact time and place of pick-up for each day of the program and the end of transport service;
- Best route for each day of the program;
- Ability of the driver to navigate the city streets; tourist routes (convenient Parking for customers near the places of visit according to the agreed program);

How we book a guide
Selection of a good guide-interpreter, in our opinion, is the basis of successful implementation of the planned program of tourists ‘ stay in Russia.
Guide is the carrier (provider) of the mentality of the country, the city and has a significant impact on the formation of tourists ‘ overall impression of St. Petersburg, Moscow and Russia in general.
Among guides there are not many specialists have a license to work with rare languages, such as Arabic (Farsi), Japanese, Turkish, Hebrew, Slovenian, Thai, Mandarin, Korean, Hungarian, and others.
We cooperate successfully and invite them to work with our tourists.
When selecting a guide-interpreter (guide), we evaluate his professional competence:
- compliance with the standards of service of tourists of different nationalities;
- knowledge of the specifics of tourist transport service (place, time of meeting, observance of transfer schedule, meeting/seeing off at the a/port, railway station);
- knowledge of legal norms, ways of behavior in atypical situations;
- good physical and psychological performance, appearance;
- good communication, ability to get on well with tourists;
- level of knowledge of language and material (the basis of the profession of guide-interpreter);
- licenses to work in different tourist locations for the maximum extent for self-guided tours.
