Day 1 – Murmansk City tour and Aurora borealis SIC
Arrival to Murmansk

14.00 – Murmanks City tour.
Polar Murmansk is the main Arctic artery of the country, the largest ice-free port in the world beyond the Arctic Circle is located here. The main naval base of the Northern Fleet is also here. The city was founded in 1916.
During the city tour you will see examples of different architecture of the city Central Lenin Avenue and its various monuments – an example of neoclassicism of the 50s of the last century.
On the highest hill in the city (173 meters) you will see a grandiose monument to the defenders of the Soviet Arctic during the Great Patriotic War.
In Murmansk you will see the longest automobile bridge 1611 km beyond the Arctic Circle across the Kola Strait.
Drive along the road along Microdistrict-305: twenty-seven nine-story buildings connected by jumpers to protect from the cold wind and create the illusion of a honeycomb stretching for 1.5 kilometers (development of the 1970s of the last century).

the behavior of the magnetic field on approach to the Earth. Such methods help in searching for the “Right” place of the Northern Lights, but do not guarantee its presence 100%.
The tour to search for the Northern Lights is accompanied by a professional who knows where to go on this day, where to move if it is not strong enough in certain place.

Day 2 – Terriberka SIC and Aurora borealis SIC
Full day Teriberka tour 8-10 hrs.
Here you’ll see the northern Barents Sea, visit a ship graveyard, the Battery Waterfall, and the Dragon’s Eggs Beach. In late May and early June, whales come to the Barents Sea coast on the Kola Peninsula, where Murmansk is located.
The chances of seeing whales are especially high during this season. Remember, whales are part of nature, and it’s difficult to guarantee that whales will arrive in the Barents Sea on any given day.
However, who knows what will happen on your particular trip to Teriberka?! A seasonal whale watching excursion on a small boat is available for an additional fee.
21.00 – 24.00 – Aurora borealis tour with guide-photographer (group).
Search for the Northern Lights is a profession. A professional photographer-guide will guide you.
